Unexpected challenges and beautiful stay
The staff, especially Sharif, helped us with tours and provided a warm welcome. The location was superb, granting easy access to both the airport and historic sites. The breakfast offered diverse options that satisfied even the pickiest eaters.
There were several issues with cleanliness in bathrooms, and the pool was too cold for comfort. Rooms showed signs of age, and requests for essential items often went unfulfilled, leaving us feeling neglected.

My time spent here was nothing short of fantastic! The staff made our stay memorable, especially with the attentive service of Ilham and the VIP treatment from Jamal in the Moroccan restaurant. The massive pool was a delight for splendid relaxation. I couldn’t get enough of that Moroccan tea!

Unexpected joys 🌴
Got upgraded to a suite with loads of sunlight—so lekker! The hammam was a must-do, and the food at the restaurants was actually pretty decent. The kids loved the smaller warmer pool too, which is a winner!

It was just a strong match for a little getaway in Marrakesh with a reasonable price. The complimentary welcome cocktail was a nice touch after our travel. Plan visits to attractions early as some have limited evening hours.

The sprawling gardens create a peaceful ambiance perfect for lounging, with the massive pool surrounded by lush greenery standing out as a serene retreat. Rooms offer ample space and breathtaking views, enhancing the overall comfort during the stay.
The location is a stretch from the Medina. while there is a free shuttle, it wraps up early. Communication can be tricky with limited nearby taxi options, which may feel inconvenient after a long day exploring. The offered dining options fluctuate, lacking variety during certain meal periods, and the mini-bar pricing is steep compared to other hotels in the area.

The suite's magnificent oriental decoration truly impressed, complemented by a wonderful double balcony offering poolside and palm tree views. Breakfast featured excellent options like salmon, cottage cheese, and a wide variety of pastries. despite the hotel's appealing atmosphere, service was disappointing. several requests for room adjustments were met with indifference. cleanliness in the rooms was lacking, which lowered the overall experience significantly.
